Shiatsu
Shiatsu is a Japanese form of acupressure that literally means finger pressure. It utilizes various acupressure points that are located along energy pathways called meridians. The idea is to move the chi through the meridians to create balance and harmony without the use of needles. The principles of shiatsu have their roots in traditional Chinese medicine which is 5000 years old.
Reiki
Reiki is a gentle form of energy healing and balancing in which the therapists hands are used as energy conduits to transfer universal healing energy to the body mind and spirit. The energy known as "ki" can be used for self healing and distance healing or in combination with visualization for a particularly powerful effect.
Swedish
Swedish massage involves working the soft tissues by means of a variety of strokes such as: effleurage, petrissage, friction, tapotment and vibration. The strokes are applied by hand using a lubricating lotion.

Chakra stones can be thought of as healing tools or an extension of the therapist. Semi-precious stones are placed in a pattern on the body, clearing the energy field and balancing the chakras.
